The purpose is to have common grounds with all Americans, free of advertisements and businesses, so that productive, meaningful, and above all truthful conversation may occur. In order to conduct truthful and often difficult discussions about important issues, while also remaining free of harassment, we encourage members to share personal experiences and perspectives in forums but also to keep a limited profile and exercise caution revealing identifiable information. We collect your age and state you reside in to inform the public of our community's voting demographic, allowing Americans a direct voice and ability to apply public pressure to their representatives. To accept new members, we require information that includes, but is not limited to: email address, first name, last name, birth date, a user-specified username and password, country, state. We primarily use email addresses submitted by members to verify enrollment. Email addresses may also be used in private correspondence with the user for customer service issues. All other private information submitted by the user is confidential and will not be disclosed except as required by law of Private information can be updated by the user at any time. United Debates Of America requires everyone to be at least 13 years old before they can create an account. Creating an account with false info is a violation of our terms. This includes accounts registered on the behalf of someone under 13.

Communications to Non-Members
